Best Simple SMTP Service
My business uses SMTP2GO for sending from scanners, scripts, and other internal services. SMTP2GO has been 100% reliable and is super simple to set up and use. We prefer it to the other SMTP and email sending services for it's low cost, ease of use, and the fact that it just always works for us.
I strongly recommend SMTP2GO to other IT professionals every chance I get.

As we mainly use public cloud infrastructure for different platforms, the management of our IP addresses reputation's and the email's deliverability became very complex as we growth. By using SMTP2GO, we have practically nothing to do for the management. The set up process and their control panel are very simple. There is also ready-to-use integrations or you can create your own using their well-documented API.

Reliable SMTP Relay Service
I use SMTP2GO for my own VPS on Hetzner (HestiaCP) and with several Wordpress-Sites. The NK Institute website is using it as an SMTP relay service. Furthermore, I use it for domain-emails. Combination with Pobox Lifetime Email and forwarded email. SMTP is all handled via SMTP2GO. Before using SMTP2GO on the previous server, I had problems with sending mails. SMTP2GO solved all the delivery issues. It can also be entered in Gmail as an SMTP relay and so in combination with Pobox etc., it's a good combination.

Easy SMTP email for WordPress sites
We use it to simplify the sending of transactional emails via WordPress sites. Clients use different services to host emails, and it's often complicated to get email sending set up on their website. SMTP2Go simplifies this process; all that's needed is to add DNS records and configure the handy plugin, and we're all set.

My use of SMPT2GO is with older printer scanner copiers where you need scan to email but the only field for outbound email is port 25. We all know from a security stand point that needs to be changed but with older hardware, SMTP2GO solves this problem. It is clean quick and an effective solution. A set it and forget it solution.

I freaking love SMTP2GO
SMTP2GO makes WordPress authentication quick and easy no matter where email is hosted. Easy to use, detailed reports and very reasonable pricing make it my go-to every time (feel free to use that SMTP2GO is my go-to in your marketing ;) I started with a free plan to try it out and once I reached the generous limit, was so happy to pay for this product.

We use SMTP2GO for both hardware and web applications. We use it for printers, firewall alerts, helpdesk notifications, and other devices if we need SMTP services. We have also implemented it with our website development services and it has made the setup process for creating new accounts straightforward and we can track emails better than a lot of other services we have tried. A complete and useful service
We use SMTP2GO because it works well and configuring a custom domain to send emails from was very easy. It allows to set different users with different quota, provides an API to do so, and their support is reactive. We also recommend its use to users of our software as an easy way to configure SMTP settings. SMTP2GO settings are even baked in as default values in our software to make it easier for users with limited knowledge to setup their email configuration.

Best email sender with lower price and antispam
We use SMTP2GO to concentrate all the sended messages from a bunch of shared web hosting servers on a dedicated service. Before we use SMTP2GO we was sending the email through the server but the spam filters was so weakly and the IP of the servers get banned every week or month. With this all our email messages get discarted and cant send emails in like 3 days, causing problems to our customers.With SMTP2GO we solve this and now we have not anymore this issue.

SMTP2GO solves email delivery issues
We leverage SMTP2GO for every project requiring reliable outbound email. Copiers, Websites (the wordpress plugin makes it so easy), SAAS tools, marketing email and more. It just works. We've tried others and they are complex or don't offer the same features as this price point. I don't think there is a better tool when you need an SMTP solution.

SMTP2GO resolved more than one niche problem that I had
We use SMTP2GO in a few different scenarios:
Connecting our customer management platform to SMTP2GO gives us better visibility regarding the receipt of invoices; whether they were received, opened, clicked, or even if they bounced for some reason (it's been a while since we've had an email bounce, so I can't recall if the reason is listed or not)
Configuring older standup MFPs to use O365 as an outgoing mail server can be quite difficult (if not impossible) as most haven't received upgrades to use the newest security features. Utilizing SMTP2GO provides an easy alternative while still providing a secure connection and providing that visibility as to whether the email was successful, or if the scanner even tried to send the email.
We have a few clients that we have implemented on-premise, unmanaged backup software; use of SMTP2GO as the outbound email server is a breeze.
An added benefit is the ability to setup multiple users in the dashboard (which we assign to each service: invoices, scans, backup); this combined with the user filter allows us to quickly see if there has been an issue based on which service we are tracking.

- Providing a reseller option provides an additional source of recurring revenue, while providing clients with trusted, needed services.
- The only thing that I can say that I'd like to see, is a mobile app for administration, so that I don't have to authenticate every time I login from my phone. (Android app for me please)

SMTP2GO is mail delivery that just works.
I run a small email/phone/web hosting company and was forced into relocating my equipment to a new data center a couple of years ago. I'm a small enough operation that I don't have my own block of IPs so when I had to relocate I also got the joy of starting with a new block of addresses. Many other email systems do not like seeing a "new" IP that starts sending lots of traffic all at once so in order to maintain a high deliverability for my email customers I employed SMTP2GO for sending emails. They've done a good job with very few deliverability issues. Now that I've been using my new IPs for a couple of years they're considered to have a good reputation world-wide, but I decided to continue using SMTP2GO to send emails for the forum sites I host because of their excellent deliverability when it comes to what can sometimes be considered mass emailing (a single reply on a forum can sometimes trigger hundreds of notification emails to people who have subscribed to the thread). I'm happy with their service and would recommend them to anyone looking for reliable email delivery.

We leverage SMTP2GO for all our legacy device transactional email services. From servers, to embedded print servers, NVR device notifications, etc. SMTP2GO has implemented SMTP securely, is very affordable, and just works! More often than not we've used it to clean up Print Vendor's email configurations that used an @gmail address that stopped working for Scan to Email function after Google implemented their new secure login policies, giving more control over these devices, setting up client's domain's @clientdomain.com, emails for scan to email, and enhancing security.

Transactional emails...oh Transactional emails, how I adore you. Back in the day, we used to attempt to use Office 365 SMTP services for these types of emails (server notices, copy machine scan-to-email, networking gear notices, etc). What a disaster. Very, very difficult to get things to play nice with O365 email because of the tight security around it all, and the limitations. Then we attempted to do an in-house SMTP service on a Linux VM. Too much of a management and security nightmare. The box itself started getting hit with spam. Copy machines and printer All-in-one scanning to email was a non-starter because of their weird ways of configurations. <br><br>Geeze. Couldn't freaking win. That is, until we discovered SMTP2GO. Easiest setup, easiest service, and it just works, with a TON of ports, login/auth options, encryption methods, everything. Nothing will stop email delivery provided you have done the correct CNAME setup for the sender domain. You can even just straight up whitelist an IP address or subnet and it will accept email with no auth and no encryption for those <i>really</i> archaic devices on the net that need to send out some kind of transactional email. Highly recommend SMTP2GO and they remain an important part of our stack at our MSP.

Attain Good Email Deliverability at Good Value
We are a small business, but email is a key part of our online offering. We rely on notifications to our customers for things like order updates and notifications of user-user actions that are a key part of our online service. Until about two years ago, we used our web host's email service. Progressively we found ourselves tangled up in issues where others would abuse their mail system leading to popular mail services like Gmail and Yahoo rejecting the emails from our service as a result. We subscribed to SMTP2GO and the transition was easy, we updated our mail send code to use their REST interface instead of the built-in PHP SMTP interfaces and it started working. Using SMTP2GO we can get better reliability on email from our online service and we use the built-in feedback to manage unsubscription and we can more easily see which emails are important to our customers based on the ones they receive and open. It's been a major improvement in email deliver-ability for us.

Our 3-years positive experience with SMTP2GO
Strongly Recommend. SMTP2GO enabled seamless integration within our current web application environment, both Windows, Linux and other SaaS services. Before SMTP2GO, email logs are all text based logs (IIS SMTP Logs and every other Linux Mail platforms) and needs to connect to various server/environment to find specific reasons for email delivery popped up here and there. With SMTP2GO, everything is web-based, searchable within one console. Service is reliable uptime and deliverability troubleshooting. Ability to customize multiple groups of source systems (Subaccounts) allow multiple respective system administrators to view their own subset of data.

Does Exactly What it Needs to For a Great Price!
With the constant fight of getting transactional emails delivered to inboxes, installing and managing local SMTP servers was no longer a viable option as their constant care and feeding for deliverability were detracting from our business. We needed an affordable transactional SMTP delivery service that was easy to use, supported DKIM, and didn't require constant care. We use SMTP2GO for all of our internal transactional email needs. Our "internal" needs generally revolve around the development and the QA environment and allow me to focus on our product, not our SMTP deliverability. I just point my local mail servers to relay through to SMTP2GO through authenticated means and I don't have to touch it again (until I change credentials).

SMTP2GO Successful Manages My Religious Organization's Needs
We email out ~10,000 notices each month announcing the time, date, and topic for our monthly Live Stream program that is seen in the US, Canada, UK, and Australia. We also use it for meeting announcements, wishes on religious holidays, and other news of interest for our relies upon group members. Each year, we send 12-15 notices, totaling ~150,000 contacts.

Simple, easy to set up, and reliable.
We primarily use SMTP2GO for bulk emailing from our management software. It's also proven very useful when set up on our copiers for scan to email. In the past we have used SMTP2GO on temporary IT projects that require secure email sending on our behalf. This is usually for notification purposes.

SMTP2GO allows us to provide our clients with an effective Scan-to-Email solution where their printers do not support modern authentication. We use SMTP2GO for our customers to scan to email from their Kyocera copiers. Previously, the company was using individual scan accounts set up for customer scanning, but each address used had a limit of sending 200 emails per day, at which point the scanning would stop working unit the next day. This became very cumbersome as we sold more devices and grew our customer base. On the very few occasions that we have had issues with any customer scanning, Dominique was able to tell me exactly what was wrong within minutes of sending a request for support.

SMTP2GO is SMTP Perfected
Due to evolving security requirements using our Office 365/Exchange server, we were having evermore trouble sending out monthly reports and real-time info to our clients, which amounts to 40,000 messages per month. It was giving our Sys Admin person fits. I suggested using a third-party SMTP service for those purposes. I did some research and came across SMTP2GO. They offered a free trial and setup was a breeze. It became evident quickly that it was the correct solution. More than a year later, I keep expanding its usage and could not be happier.
